What's New

Every update, improvement, and new feature.

v3.0 September 3, 2026

The New Protocol Tab

Protocol is rebuilt around the calendar: tap a day and you see exactly what is due then. Doses can now be skipped on purpose, and Settings has been rebuilt too.

Protocol, rebuilt. The calendar is the selection now: tap any day and the doses for that day are right underneath, so the Today, Previous and Upcoming tabs are gone. Much better on a phone, and one less thing to learn.
New: Skipping a dose. Tap a dose, not the circle, and a sheet opens with the details and the option to skip. A skipped dose is neither taken nor missed: it does not count against your adherence and triggers no reminder. Works on Home too.
New: Rate your peptides. Once you have been on a compound for a while, the app asks you once what it did for you. It takes about thirty seconds, and it is what will make the learn section worth reading. Taking part is optional and stays anonymous.
Settings, rebuilt. One list on the phone with a page per section, a proper dialog on desktop, and nothing to save: every change is written the moment you make it.
v2.9 August 26, 2026

Side Effects

Record what a dose actually did, and see how common each side effect is across everyone who shares.

New: Side effects. Note what you felt on a dose, either in the dose details sheet or straight from the Peptide Log form. Search a catalogue of 142 terms, or simply say there was nothing to report.
New: Community numbers. Once enough people have reported on a compound, each effect shows how common it actually is, and how many people are behind that number.
Sharing is opt-in and off until you say yes. Your entries stay in your own log either way, and you can stop being counted at any time under Settings.
v2.8 August 10, 2026

Dose Details & Site Rotation

Check off a dose and you can now say where it went and how it went, with a rotation that helps you keep off the same spot twice.

New: Dose details. Right after you check a dose off in Home or Protocol, a short prompt appears under the row. Tap it to add the injection site, how much it hurt, and a note.
New: Site rotation. Pick your spot on a body map, or from the chips underneath it, which show the sites you actually use for that peptide, longest rested first, each with how long it has been.
Sites that have not had enough time to recover are flagged, so it is easier to spread doses out and give the tissue a proper break.
You can tell the app which sites you use for a given route, and the rotation will then only suggest those. Leave it alone and it keeps working it out from your log, as before.
v2.7 August 1, 2026

The New Stash

Your Stash, rebuilt from the ground up around the question it should have been answering all along: what do I have, and when do I need to reorder?

Everything is now grouped by peptide instead of one long list of vials, and identical sealed vials collapse into a single line (e.g. "8 × 5 mg sealed") with a stepper to add or remove them.
New: Days left. Your Stash works out how long each peptide will last from how much you actually use, and tells you when to reorder.
Low stock and expiring vials are announced on the row itself, and the default sort lifts whatever needs attention to the top. No filters to remember.
New: Expiry dates per vial, with a heads up in the month before.
Costs now show in your own currency, switchable in Settings.
Dense rows on mobile, a sortable table on desktop.
Finished and archived vials moved into their own collapsed section, so your history is kept without cluttering what you actually have.
v2.6 July 19, 2026

New Home & Notifications

Home got a major upgrade, and the app can finally tell you when something needs your attention.

Home has been rebuilt and is now far more mobile-friendly, with a cleaner dose list, your adherence at a glance, and a faster feel throughout.
New: Notification center. A feed inside the app for everything that matters: dose reminders, missed doses, low stash, protocol phase and cycle changes, and app updates.
New: Milestones. Small markers for your first log and the counts you pass along the way.
You decide what reaches your phone as a push notification and what just waits in the feed. Adjustable under Settings.
v2.5 July 12, 2026

Dose Phases

A protocol no longer has to be one fixed dose. You can now plan how it changes over time.

New: Dose phases. Switch on "Dose phases" in the advanced options when you create a protocol and plan the whole thing out, e.g. week 1 at 250 mcg, week 2 at 500 mcg, one week off, then continue at a higher dose.
Planned breaks can sit between phases, and the app treats them as breaks: no doses generated, no missed dose alerts.
You get a notice on the day a protocol moves into its next phase, so a dose change never passes unnoticed.
v2.4 July 5, 2026

Protocol Colors & Notes

A few smaller things a lot of you had asked for.

New: Custom colors. Pick the color for each peptide yourself, and it stays that color everywhere: protocol, charts, stash and home.
New: Notes on protocols. Attach a short note to a protocol and it shows up on every dose that protocol generates.
The injection site selection in the Peptide Log is clearer and quicker to use.
v2.3 June 30, 2026

Health Metrics Goals & Mobile Upgrade

A major upgrade to Health Metrics, headlined by goals, with richer charts and a much more mobile-friendly experience.

New: Goals. Set a target for metrics like weight, body fat or sleep, track how close you are, and see your goal line right on the chart.
Your chart now marks peptide dose changes alongside your trend, so you can see how dose adjustments line up with your progress.
v2.2 June 21, 2026

Bloodwork, Sharing & Mobile Polish

Two brand new features, plus a wave of mobile improvements and tighter integration between the tools you already use.

New: Bloodwork tracking. Log your blood draws and follow specific biomarkers over time, each with its own reference ranges and chart.
New: Share Your Protocol. Turn any protocol and its dosing history into a public page, share the link with anyone, and take it offline whenever you want.
The Peptide Log is now significantly more mobile-friendly, with a smoother and faster experience on phones.
Mobile modals across the app have been reworked for a cleaner, more responsive feel.
Your Stash now lets you log COA and total cost directly on each vial.
When you log a peptide manually, you can now link it to a protocol so the matching dose gets checked off automatically.
Plenty of bug fixes and smoother interplay between features throughout the app.
v2.1 June 2, 2026

Dose Units & Calendar Options

New ways to see your doses and tailor the calendar to how you work.

Your Protocol now shows syringe units next to each dose when you check it off (e.g. "2.5 mg (20 units)"). To enable it, add the peptide to your Stash with the bac water amount and your usual syringe size.
Protocols can now run in cycles (e.g. 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off). The app tracks the cycle and shows an "Off cycle" reminder during your break, with the resume date.
The Protocol calendar can now start on Sunday instead of Monday. Adjustable under Settings → Week Starts On, and it defaults to whatever's standard for your region.
The half-life visualization now supports larger time ranges, and you can enter half-lives in days, not just hours.
v2.0.1 May 26, 2026

Bug Fixes & Refinements

A round of focused fixes based on user feedback, making protocols, stash tracking, and notifications more consistent.

You can now select mcg / mg / IU when setting up a protocol (previously stuck on mcg only)
Home screen dose check-off now properly deducts from your stash, just like the schedule tab does
Push notifications now show the correct unit (mg / mcg / IU) instead of always saying "mcg"
Fixed the logout bug (you should now stay logged in for 30 days as intended)
v2.0 March 15, 2026
